Custom Gamer Pic Proplem

Hey There!

i am currently having problems with changing my gamer picture into a
Custom One. i own 2 x.b.l accounts that are
both adults and i am the correct age for changing the custom gamer picture however i'm still to apparently too young to change it ? iv'e tried to become a preview member and i still cannot sign up as one as i'm apparently not
the correct age i am over the age of 18. My gamer tags are

No.At the moment all you can use is the gamerpics provided or an avatar pic.

Using anything other than that is a violation of the ToU/CoC but custom gamerpics is something that is being looked into so it may be a feature in the future.

What kind of phone? Currently it's only available in the Xbox beta app on Android. If you have an iphone it won't work.

The date of birth you used during the creation of your Microsoft Account, is set in stone, and is the date which Microsoft goes by. You could change it under settings I think, but the first date you provided, is set in stone.

Also be aware that NZ/Australia have different date formats. We go by DD/MM/YYYY, not MM/DD/YYYY.

Was it you who created your account, or your parents/a friend/etc?

What is the pic displayed on the forums?

It looks custom to me.

I think your issue might be with your avatar. You need to toggle between the avatar and a regular picture from their offerings on the console and then reset your console with the new picture.

Once it reboots you can then customize your picture.

How am i spost to do that ? im on xbox one and it quite frankly says that im too young to change it :/ and im by far over the age of 18 and it should let me however it does not let me so get this fixed Microsoft! :/.

No offense, but you're "by far" over the age of 18, yet your online activity shows a preponderance towards gangsta culture (ie, GTA V). I have a sneaking suspicion your account was in fact set up by ADULTS, and Xbox is merely doing the job it was assigned

i am an adult so what the hell are you talking about ? i made the account in the first place. and whats wrong with GTA 5 that has nothing to do with this situation.
