    Custom gamer pic Problem?


    The update for custom gamer pics FINALLY came out and I keep getting the message saying "You're not old enough to use custom gamer pics." I'm 26. Is this a bug or is the age barrier Justin that high? I also have some very young friends who just finished
    high school, so what's going on here?

    No.At the moment all you can use is the gamerpics provided or an avatar pic.

    Using anything other than that is a violation of the ToU/CoC but custom gamerpics is something that is being looked into so it may be a feature in the future.

    Custom gamer pic?

    What kind of phone? Currently it's only available in the Xbox beta app on Android. If you have an iphone it won't work.

    Have you double checked account.microsoft.com to see that the age on the account is above 18?

    Yep, that's why I took to the forums since I couldn't think why this wouldn't work. It does register my age, but refuses to give me access to the custom gamer pics. Slightly annoying, to say the least.
