Custom gamer pic problem

Have you double checked account.microsoft.com to see that the age on the account is above 18?

you need to be in alpha ring 4 or higher

That's disappointing, but okay thank you. You could do that for 360 tho.

Yep, that's why I took to the forums since I couldn't think why this wouldn't work. It does register my age, but refuses to give me access to the custom gamer pics. Slightly annoying, to say the least.
