Custom gamer pic isn't updating

3 days ago I could change my gamer pic just fine, it changed instantly, but now it won't update. It's says wait to be verified, it's been 2 days, so I don't know it's me or it's everyone

Holy Bejesus there is a nice update coming!! (This week for Preview Members)

still hasn't downloaded for me yet. nice update tho, can't wait to get it. I hope eventually we get the ability to make custom gamer pics like on ps4.

 

xbox app gamerpic question?

So I'm curious on something why is when I switch to a custom gamer pic it changes to said pic then after a few mins it changes back to an xbox gamerpic. I understand the rules and such of choosing a custom gamerpic but what exactly isn't allowed by standards
of choosing one? I mean I know the obvious reasons.

 

Hey Im King Zealous! Is the same issue occurring if you attempt to change the gamerpic on the mobile app or Windows 10 app? Give that a shot and let us know!

yes, I tried every possible way of changing it, even my friend said it was usually changes instant for him, but still hasn't changed yet, the gamerpic is more than appropriate to use. Like i said it was working just fine 3 days ago.
