    It is absolutely ridiculous that I currently am unable to change my gamer photo, it has been said it is due to covid 19. I pay for xbox live and should still retain the ability to change my photo to something of my choosing. My xbox is going in the trash
    today and I will be switching to PS4. I’m ashamed that I was ever a supporter of microsoft.

    If the pic violated one of the Microsoft rules. Then Enforcement will remove the photo and replace it with a default one. You also lose the ability to have a custom gamer pic.
