    I have been trying to upload a custom game pic to my profile using the Xbox app for a few days now but each time I try it and accept to save it , it just says that’s it’s pending to upload while the moderators check it over and after refreshing app and waiting for a bit the game pic never updates , can any one help me ?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Have you tried to upload a different photo to check if it will be immediately changed?

    Thank you for letting me know and that would be great.

    It might take a little while for your custom image to appear while we verify that it’s OK to use. (If it’s not, the image will be reverted to the last gamerpic or avatar you were using.)

    If a custom gamer pic violates the terms, i believe it can no longer be changed to another custom pic.
