Custom elite 2 repair

thank you for the reply.

I am UK based so unable to use the Best buy options as we do not have this over here

the device is still in Warranty until January 2024, and can be sent of for a FOC repair, my concern is that when we looked to do this, it specified that this will be swapped out not repaired, and that unless there is one the same colour available we would be sent a standard black controller.

as mentioned in the original post this is one of the custom Elite 2 controllers in Orange with his gamertag etched into it from the design labs store.

I am concerned that if I just send this to Microsoft this will just be swapped out rather than actually repaired and sent back

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..
