Custom controller incorrect

I ordered a custom Xbox one controller for myou boyfriend for Christmas with his gamer tag engraved. It arrived yesterday missing the engravement. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer services where they ended up saying they can't do anything
about it. I AM LIVID. I spend 91$ on a controller to have it arrive without something I specifically typed. I want what I paid for or my money back. I cannot seem to find ANY information on who or where I can talk to someone who actually has any authority.

I sold my PS4 for Xbox One

^^ PS4 controller is slightly larger than the 360 controller so your point is irrelevant, incorrect and unjust.

 

WORST Xbox Support from a LAUNCH DAY ONE CONSOLE - I can't get help!

1 - I should not have been told that I would get a Day One controller by Customer Support when I called. I was given an inaccurate expectation if that is the case. I would like them to explain why I was given that incorrect expectation.

2- My retailer was SOLD OUT at the time.
