Custom controller colour

I purchased a custom controller 6 months ago & within the last week or so the colour on the left side has started to fade ( (like bleach has been on it)

I can't seem to find a way to return/question it on the 'Merry-go-round' Microsoft website. Does anybody have any direct number or contact details where I can address this issue?

I tried to go through that route & after I registered the controller I was told ' unable to register' go through Microsoft support... & then make to where I started. I'll try to call them to see if I can process thing

Custom controllers are only available in the U.S. & parts of Europe at the moment.

They are almost twice the price of a normal colour controller.

Personally I think it's a waste of money,as long as my controller works I don't care what colour it is.
