You will need to have a subscription to DSTV to be able to use the app on Xbox one.

Can only link 5 devices with the DSTV app with one subscription account.

if this problem is caused by the app to select a link, please try a power cycle on the console, to see if it is cache related

try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

You should just have to press the 'A' button whilst the cursor is over the top of the link.

Is the link grey-ed out at all?

Is nothing happening when you click the 'A' button whilst over the link?

Have you tried manually typing the link into the web address bar on microsoft edge? (assuming the link is something like: https://www.example.com/activate or is the link a word/phrase
like this one or
this? {both links will take you to xbox.com})

Can you further explain the process you are trying to do that you cannot unless you click on this link? Is this during the set up when you first launch the app, or does the app force launch the Microsoft Edge web browser app to link accounts?

Since DSTV is not available in all regions, the information we have about the app is very limited. This could just be an oversight with the design of the app on the console, but not entirely sure. If it indeed it is an issue with a bug in the console's system,
I recommend uninstalling the app and do the power cycle linked above. After the console restarts, re-install the app and let us know if you still cannot continue.

What do you mean exactly?

Are you unable to click on the link or unable to get the cursor over the link?
