    Cursor in main menu always wants to go up


    When I am on the console main menu the cursor constantly wants to go up.

    When playing games there is no issue and the left and right triggers are working so I don't think this is a mechanical issue.

    I cannot select any games besides the first or second row, can't go down to open accessories, basically can't accesss anything besides the first or second row of any screen.

    If I move left or right, the cursor moves by 2 boxes instead of 1.

    All of the buttons work in-game and there's no issue with drift or anything like that.

    I have two systems and this issue randomly comes and goes but can last several days.

    resetting the system does not help. Changing the controller does not help. Unplugging and plugging back in does not help...

    Very frustrating as I don't know if the system will be unusable for a few hours, a few days or a week. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Since I've seen it on 2 out of 2 consoles that I own, I feel like I can't be the only one.

    Do you by chance have a second controller signed in, that is pushing up?

    On the main Xbox menus, multiple controllers are "fighting" over the control of the dashboard, and every controller can move the cursor.

    When you start a game, each controller is assigned to a specific player, and only that player is controlled. So if a second controller is always pushing up, it won't affect control in a game of the first controller anymore.

    go to Games and Apps and move the cursor to highlight Borderlands 3 then press the Menu button (3 horizontal lines) to bring up the menu and select Manage Game then select Updates

    Unable to access season pass content through Backwards compatability.

    Have you tried to use the Manage function? Place the cursor on the game tile and press the menu button and then choose "Manage Game". The DLC content available to install should be on that page to the right of the main game tile.

    DLC never shows in ready to install, it is in the sub menu as described above.

    Agree! and the popups....the popups....the version before you could just press b and go back to where you were. Not anymore. They are just lined up... and the cursor....why? I want to have control over the cursor! Not the otherway around!!
