Currently having problems with the Xbox Live Wolfenstein , requesting assistance.

Just bought this game last night, started downloading and left my Xbox on over night to hopefully get to play it in the morning. A few things that bothered me while it was downloading was the rather LARGE install (44.8 GB?!) and the slow download speed
(Which could probably be explained by the massive install). Wasn't really worried until it hit 30% and said "Ready to Play". When I went to do just that it wouldn't open up. Would open a start screen, or show some sort of Wolfenstein Loading screen. Perhaps
its not suppose to, so now just a little worried, I go to bed.

Waking up, I find that its finally done downloading. Eager to play, I quickly try to start the game. Nothing. I can't get the game to start. Not after a standard shutdown, a Hard Shutdown, or disconnecting from Xbox Live. Im currently reinstalling it
now (Which is a Pain) and ill see how that goes.

Can anyone offer some advice on this problem?

Cannot connect to account on xBox 360

I cant get back into the game,it keeps asking for an update.i spoke to xbox support and he suggested a factory reset of my console.im not about to sit here downloading everything again in the hope it will solve the problem

 

I tried the factory reset on the off chance it would work. And it didn't. I can't play the game at all. I also tried the hard shutdown and uninstalling the game. Nothing is working.

 

I'm having the same problem. Pretty bogus after payiing 70 $ fir this game it allowed me ti pkay inti the third chapted now it jeep asking for an update when its 100precent installed has any obe contacted bethesda for support on this issue. There must be
a way without factory reset. All my games have been dl and I'd be choked to wait.

 

Having the same problem, but I can play the game. Cancel the update screen, and reenter the game and hit resume and play for a while longer repeat.

I thought it was a console update at first, so I did rest the console and did the USB trick. But it is the game not the OS.

Microsoft please fix this.

 

I'd suggest contacting Bethesda through their forums. From what I've seen , this is clearly not the Xbox, or the Xbox OS causing the issue. However, it does look like the May Update may be a cause. No hard data to confirm Frustrating? Absolutely. And,
Bethesda should be hearing this directly from YOU.
