Current Xbox Game Pass Ultimate deal?

Hi. I've been reading the forums a bit and I have seen a lot of different answers to questions about the current deal which is supposed to include Discord Nitro, EA Acess and Spotify premium.

Now first of all it seems really weird that you get such ad, but it doesn't tell you of the limitations on who can actually get those benefits.

I've seen people being told that some of those perks are only available to few countries! Can this really be true?

So lets try to get some answers to these questions!

1. a) Will everyone who buys the ultimate pass get these perks?

1. b) If not, who doesn't get them and why?

2. If you are a current subscriber to said services or xbox game pass, will you be able to get the perks?

3. Is the mentioned EA Acess only for consoles or does it include PC too?

Please post only answers you can confirm to be true. I don't want to make another thread that is full of rumours.

I read the terms and I'm not a previous Ultimate subscriber, not a current subscriber either, and since the deal actually upgrades current game pass or live subscribers then I am not seeing why this would be a problem.
