    Current profile not allowed to play on xbox live?


    hi have can't seem to get on to any multiplayer games, I have a gold subscription and have check to see if my account in blocked and everything seems ok

    You are definitely showing up as gold here. Try removing your profile from your console and re-downloading it. Let us know. Good Luck!

    Something is messed up. I can't sign in on my xbox or my girlfriends xbox. She can sign in fine on both. When she signs in she has ZERO friends online and it just says "Offline" and no further information like "Last seen 2 hours ago".

    It appears that all live services are up and running normally. Try doing a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for
    5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

    It is a Power Cycle, a hard reset is when you delete everything off the console Current profile not allowed to play on xbox live? :) Just so you know in the future! Current profile not allowed to play on xbox live? :)
