Current profile can not play on line

I've just bought mw2 for Xbox one. Installed it and all was fine until I went to play on line. It came up with pic below. The 3 steps it keeps saying on the trouble shoot page don't help. I have gold. It's not been renewed today and it's not been
cancelled it's still active. We had to request a password hint and now security is going nuts. But it says that won't be sorted until next month!!

Same thing happened to me xbox has the issue, not you. You have to contact them and ask them to reset your subscription. They can di it right through the chat feature. It worked after

The error is: "This current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE"

And, yes, on my account I can play on line without issue.

Commonly this error is associated with a Silver account trying to play an online multiplayer game, keep in mind that in order to play online multiplayer you will need to have an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription.



If the above is not the case can you let us know what you are trying to do when this error happens.

Just bought xbox live on my counsel and im getting the same error mesg? Other account on my xbox says the same thing and already have xbox love on that one. It says same error mesg on both accounts mines which i just bought and my husbands which he has had.
Someone help please I really want to play black ops 3 lol
