Current gen game with the most hours played?

Foe me it's:

Watch_Dogs @ 74 hrs.

Sunset Overdrive @ 56 hrs

Far Cry 4 @ 55 hours

Alien: Isolation @ 42 hours

That's 9.5 days of just gaming. Is that unhealthy? lol. I had fun so I guess not.

At least I totally got my monies worth with these games/

A tough decision...

its pretty normal for that to happen at the start of any gen, i think in a year or 2 we'll see the old systems phased out and most games will be current gen only, for the most part i don't see anyhting held back though. AC made different games for current
gen and last gen, games like titanfall didn't take a hit, and many games aren't on last gen like ryse, DR3, SO, halo:MCC, and coming soon scalebound, evolve, batman, quantum break, fable legends, to name a few

 

Xbox One Not for Us Heres Why :

how can price bother you the most they have not announced what the prices will be for games they did release a statement saying that games will be on par with current gen

i don't have any stats, but i guess it'd be a toss-up between farcry 4 and dragon age inquisition...unless you would count a last gen minecraft world transferred to next gen...

i think my dai save file says i have over 70 hours, but it's pretty padded by suspending it and watching netflix.

 

Last of Us, about 4 days on the MP and I've played through the campaign 6 or 7 times.

Geometry Wars 3, no idea how long but it's my go to game, played it every day since launch.

Resogun was up there for ages until they gimped the ships with a patch a few months ago.

I think this is pretty accurate except Forza 5. No way in hell I played that many hours. It must have counted the suspended time.

I'm stopping there, but I'm amazed at how much time I've spent on The Evil Within! More then Dragon Age, whhhaat? I do think it's accurate though, I have actually spent a long time on it, haha.

Also my in-game time of DA:I is over 200hrs which I knew was bs, I swear it counts the time if it's waiting in auto resume when the console is off.

 

@ Lost..that's a lot of hours. I'm assuming you built a world/game. If you did what's it called? Do I need to purchase credits to play it? I put the game on when it was released for free but I didn't play because it seemed like it needed money to do anything
fun.

@ Digital...is the Evil Within that good? It must have a lot of replay value.

 

brandiesel1, yes about 800 hours went to Creating my first Game. I have about two other half-finished Games (one's just a slap together). The finished Game is called "Red.Full". It's been described by others as "too difficult"
or "punishing". I think of it more as old school and it's actually pretty easy.

The rest of the time in PS I can guess is just playing or grinding Credits. And oh yeah, no you do not need anything to play anyone's World. They (Team Dakota) changed that a while back. Just pick any World or Search for a World and play. 99% is garbage though.

Well I really do quite love it, I've even spent hours reading threads online with peoples theories about the story as nothing is fully explained. You have to pick up on the very subtle hints throughout to know what's going on (reading the character models
after you finish the game helps a lot) so there was at least 2 playthroughs I was just trying to understand what happened.

Though, if you're not out for the challenge of the achievements, you would spend significantly less time playing it then I did. Minimum number of playthroughs for 100% would be 4, 3 if you can speed run one of the previous playthoughs, but I doubt it without
the upgrades, I did 6 myself.

The DLC let's you play as two of the other characters in the game, one being 'safe head' or the keeper (basically one of the bosses), which I'm pretty excited to do. He's a beast! Also very keen for more insight into the story.

 

I don't need to check because I know it's GTA V. I got my Xbox One right around the time that game was released for the newer consoles.

As for Xbox 360, it would no doubt be Oblivion, Skyrim, and Fallout 3.

 

Dragon Age (around 300 hours - but i have a bad habit of leaving my games paused and doing other things, so most hours have probably come from that)

Diablo 3 (around 150 hours - same as above)

 

Dragon Age Inquisition - 180 hours so far. How are people finishing everything in 70-100 hours? Granted, I am just really taking my time and a lot of "Just picking elfroot missions" but I would have to say I have at least another 40 hours to go.
