    Current game wallpaper on home screen - only showing top half


    One of the things I was excited about with the Xbox One Creator's Update was that it would display the currently played/selected game's wallpaper on your home screen. However, when I set my home screen to use a background color instead of a custom image
    or achievement art (the only way I can get the current game wallpaper to display), it only shows the wallpaper on the top half of the screen.

    I figured I needed to set transparency higher, but when you have a background color selected, transparency isn't even an option. If I select a custom image or achievement art, I can set transparency, but then I see that art instead of the game wallpaper.

    Any idea what I'm doing wrong, or did the videos I saw mislead me on the capabilities of this option?

    Xbox One Home Screen a little more clear?

    Hey everyone. Just a quick thought that i had, that i wanted to hear some other people's opinions on.

    Is it just me, or does anybody else wish that the Xbox one's home screen was a little more clear? That it didn't have as much junk on it? Ya' know, so you could see your wallpaper a bit better? Maybe some of the stuff on the home screen could be found in
    other tabs rather than taking up space on your home screen. I feel like the wallpaper setting is kind of useless if you can't really see your wallpaper that well. but, i don't know. That's just me.

    What do you all think?

    ERROR: 4004 - When Paired Device turned on - Android

    Same issue after the new update. The TV screen from XBOX went freeze and showing wallpaper ONLY, as soon as i hit that logo "Play on TV " from my phone". By removing the whole YOUTUBE APP from XBOX storage setting seems doesn't work too. Solution Please

    Im pretty sure if you don't have a wallpaper set, it just cycles through based on activity like the most recent game you just played, the most recent achievement you have just unlocked, or as you mentioned a console in the background that could be the
    new Series X. I am only guessing since Ive manually changed my wallpaper. Fun Fact: when you view achievements, they come with their own unique wallpaper that you can set as the default home wallpaper or you can upload your own through your profile.

    Hiya!!

    Your background wallpaper will periodically change on your XBOX but you can change it by using one of the XBOX apps to change the wallpaper to something else.. :)

    Give this a Try to People Who Use Kinect as their Mic

    Currently the "Xbox Go Home" command asks for confirmation. Also most people not familiar with Kinect thinks you have to screen at the top of your longs for it to work which gives you away. It also doesn't work during games.

    "Xbox Open" currently doesn't work with a disc in the tray and only from the home screen anyway.

    "Xbox Turn Off" only works from the settings tab.
