    Also, this is my first ban, and from what I understand it is supposed to be a 1 day, then 1 week? Can I please get some clarification, please?

    I was recently playing Dark Souls 3, and a random guy I summoned entered the game, and started using big time homophobic, and racial slurs, so I asked him to stop, or I would black soapstone him then he started threatening to ddos me and swat me; someone
    else invaded, and I ended up dying, ending the session.

    After which he started trolling me through my inbox, I tried the mute feature, it didn't work, and I continued to get messages, so I tried to block him, and somehow he still managed to message me; so I got belligerent unfortunately and said some rude things.

    I have since reported the voice interactions, the fact the block and mute feature isn't working, and the fact that he continues to message me, and nothing has been done.....

    I understand I crossed the line when I responded in the way that I did, and am acceptable of my first temp ban, but why is it okay for him to commit hate crimes and get away with it? In Canada he would have been charged with multiple things with what he
    was saying, and threatening to me, but I don't have his real name, unfortunately. I called Xbox live support, spoke to a lady about the ban, about everything surrounding it, including how I attempted to mute and block the guy, and she advised me to file another
    report, but I don't feel that's going to do anything. So, I applied for a case review, thinking there would be somewhere after the questionnaire to add text surrounding why I wanted a review, but either there isn't or it doesn't work properly in firefox or
    chrome..... Something needs to be done about this, he is a hacker, a racist, a homophobe, troll that harasses people, and baits them on purpose.

    I cannot launch a case review for my Xbox

    My case review keeps taking me back to my enforcement history and I can’t seem to figure out why I’m trying to file a case review for my current ban

    Why is it that the 'Apply for case review' button on the enforcements section of the xbox page does not work?

    If you can't use the Case Review button, it might be that you already have a case review open, or that the current suspension has to be active for at least 24 hours to be eligible for a case review.

    Since you say that the suspension is for a week long ban, make sure you waited 24 hours before you can file a case review.

    Please don't post the messages on the forums. If you filed a complaint on him via the console, the enforcement team will investigate him as well. If he hasn't been suspended already, he will be, You also won't know for sure if/when he receives any form of

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.
