what r u supposed to do when currency purchases go through your microsoft account and bank account and dont appear on the game itself? Tried virtual agent but was a waste of time

Have you tried hard resseting your console to see if that triggers it to showing up?

If it's still not showing, you might want to contact Billing by phone or email since chat didn't work for you.

Hey there sarah,

I'm sorry to hear you are running into this problem, First, go ahead and try to

remove account and add account on the Xbox to see if resyncing your data fixes the issue.

If this does not work, go ahead and confirm that the purchase is showing up under your

Order History. If you do see the order here go ahead and give it anywhere up to 48hrs to appear.

If after this the content has still not appeared then I would advise that you contact the Developer for further support.

Can you please explain what happens when you attempt to purchase items on the console?

If it is asking for an alternate payment method then that is just in case your purchase goes over the amount you have in currency. It will always use the currency first.

Currency cannot be used to purchase items from the website.

Currency cannot be used to purchase memberships.

If your gamertag is not set for the same region (country) than the currency was originally intended for then you will need to migrate your gamertag to the country in question in order to use currency.

The cards that you purchase are for currency and not the item. Please check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure you have the currency on your accounts. If so then head to the store and use the currency to purchase the item(s) you want.
