Curious Xbox/Account ban

Hello,

My account got suspended on July the 19th for 14 days because a friend found funny to include sexual content in my Xbox gamerpic. I completely agree that it's not clever to share his account with another person and accept that suspension.

Nevertheless, I was not suspended from multiplayer and could continue to play online. The problem is when I wanted to play online this morning I couldn't because my account was suspended. I do not understand why, I didn't receive any notifications or email,
and nothing appears on the enforcement website except the previous suspension that did not mention any ban in multiplayer.

I tried to play with my secondary account and there is the same problem.

Can you help me with that or at least justify this suspension ?

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Hi, no one on here can help you with your ban or tell you why. You need to log in on
enforcement.xbox.com and from there you can find the info you need about the ban/suspension.

 

There are 2 types of suspensions



1. Account level- no matter what console the profile is signed it loses those privileges. and can be seen at the enforcement teams website.

2. Console level- no matter what profile is signed into the console it loses the priviliges. and can not be seen on the enforcement teams website. there are 2 ways to test to see if this is the
problem



1. sign in wit a different account on the console and if you have the same problem then its a console ban.

2. contact xbox support and have them pull up any account that has been signed into that console and it will show them any enforecement actions brought against the account and any console that
has had a ban on it that the account has been signed into.



console bans are not eligible for a case review.

Just to add to the previous replies, once you log in to the site listed and click on the hammer icon you should see an option to open a case review. Fill out the info request and they should respond back to you.

 

Thank you all, I'll try the case review. Looks like my device is suspended (seriously ?), it is kind of strange because I can access to the internet and can play my games offline. Is it possible to have a privilege suspension for one device in particular
?
