Curious...really wanna know

Because of the new update. I am unable to get into my usual xbox live account. I have made a new one and I still have the same hard drive. Will I be able to keep or get all my DLCs...Dont really care about my saved games and achievements. Its all on the
same hard drive.

When I uninstall a purchased game on Xbox One can I re install it?

Why can't you get on the old account? Are you getting an error code? What happens when you try to log in?

 

I forgot my password and my eamil is useless now

 

Thats not good at all. Has the email been discontinued? If so try contacting the email provider to see if they can reinstate it temporarily so you can log in and change it?

 

And to add

You can login into answers.microsoft.com and do a case review and attempt to recover that account

Be honest and give details like friends and achievements even creditcard or games on file

Even original console it was registered under

If younfail 3 attempts but its a minor error (they wont tell you) you can have xbox review the case but you pretty much need the original console serial number for that
