Discus and support Curious dog/cycled power during setup??? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I got all the way to entering a user name and my dog started sniffing around and cycled power on game...now nothing but blank screen....what can i do...     Curious dog/cycled power during setup???


    I got all the way to entering a user name and my dog started sniffing around and cycled power on game...now nothing but blank screen....what can i do at this point ....

    Can you get banned from the Youtube App? / Youtube App will not work at all.

    My YouTube app isn't working I tried deleting it re installing it, and during the installation I power cycled and when I load up YouTube it turns black and I can't watch I videos

    Advanced warfare not working.

    I'm having the same issues with Destiny, GTA5, Battlefield 4 and Watch Dogs. Last night I was having the same error code for my Netflix also. The code I keep getting is 0x87de2714. I've reset my modem, router, power cycled my xbox multiple times and still

    Xbox one x keeps crashing.

    Based on your description it may be caused due to a bad system update potentially during the initial setup.

    First we suggest to try basic troubleshooting like starting off with a complete power cycle.

    Try that out and if it continues to happen let us know.

    Hi there,

    to be sure are you able to login to the email you want to use at www.xbox.com to see what that will do?

    If no Xbox Live Account exists it will likely go into the step for creating one for that email address and should allow you to set up things for the Xbox Live Account via the website.

    After that please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    and try to see what happens when using the same account during setup of the console
