What is your favourite game and why? Are you a shooter or a racer, or strategy/puzzle RPG?

i recently just bought Skyrim for the first time, I know I'm a year or two out of date but what do you guys think of it when giving it a rating 0/10 on..

- Fun to play

- Graphics

But more to the point what game would you recommend me to play?

That's quite an interesting point regarding Morinth. How many people killed Samara? I did it once, just out of curiosity. Same again, couldn't bring myself to kill Samara.

 

Final Fantasy XIII is my favorite game. For me, it had awesome and interesting characters, amazing graphics, decent gameplay. People said it was bad, but I enjoyed it. It's also got my Lightning. <3 It's just my favorite game ever. It should be remastered
for next gen!!

I recommend you play the BioShock series. Great games. I just recently got the first game and can't wait to play it. I was going to today, but I didn't really fancy playing anything. I played the second and third games though and love them. I highly recommend
them.

Lol, I think I may have tried the first bio shock in the past? Not really that sure it was so long ago, problem is I got lost so easy haha, but I guess I could give another bash at the game as I was fairly new to consoles when I first bought my xbox in 2009,
I mean let's face it I couldn't have understood bio shock if I was easily getting spawn killed over and over on the halo3 campaign on easy difficulty lol. Now that's not a moment I'm most proud of. Still that embarrassing moment is in the past :/ lol

 

Thanks L M G problem is I was always just a shooter player for the first few years of having my xbox, and when Skyrim came out I didn't know if I'd like it, since I've come off of FPS I've been playing single player games like lego games and silly games
like shrek. Lol.. Didn't want to pay an awful lot for Skyrim because I didn't know if is like it and it was always so expensive on demand but when the summer sale came up I went mad with a few games and Skyrim for £9.89 or so was good enough for me to just
get it as I knew I wouldn't went it went back to full price lol

 

Fav game is probably Ninja Gaiden 2, mainly because it has the best combat engine of any Hack/Slash.

 

I'm a shooter kind of guy.

Games I recommend:

Red Dead Redemption - My favorite single player game to date. The sounds and feel of the game are amazing. Loved this game.

Borderlands - I recommend playing this game co-op. Easily my favorite co-op game of all time (unless mario kart 64 counts)

Far Cry 3 - One of my favorite single player games from the xbox 360 life cycle. Great villian.

Call of Duty 4 - Harder to find good multiplayer matches now, but it is still my favorite shooter to date. Simple gun on gun action.

 

I still believe Skyrim was the game of last gen. Easily a 12/10.

As far as my favorite game, I dont know. Skyrim is up there and I recently discovered Diablo. It changes each time a great game comes out. I was a shooter guy, but I guess now I am more into RPGs.

I dont feel like looking at your achievements but check out Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. Also the Bioshock series and Mass Effect.

 

All great games and I do have Red Dead Redemption, Fallout 3 Great games never heard of Ninja Gaiden 2 I'll have a look into that one too!

 

Good choice skyrim is an awesome game. I recommend Oblivion to go with it as well as Fallout 3 and New Vegas. The Mass effect series and Dragon Age Origins are also fantastic games. Halo Anniversary, Halo 3, ODST and Halo reach are also good buys for the
360. With Games with gold after the 16th Halo Reach will be free to download this month. If you can find it and love crude childish humor Deadpool is worth picking up also

 

Heh halo, I have 3, reach, wars, odst campaign edition on demand, only problem with 3 is last time I tried searching swat on my 50 I found no games, forced to play reach or 4 nice games but far to much aim assist, r.i.p 3 see you. On the one

 

Crio, get NG2. Seriously. It's hard. It's worth it. Probably won't find it too cheap.

I'm more of the Fighting/Racing/2D group.

Fighting: Ninja Gaiden. Black , 2 , Vanilla 3, Razors Edge- It's hard to go wrong. 3 is the least popular...but I still liked it. If you like Ninja Gaiden, look into the Devil May Cry series. Personally, not as much fun, but still good.

Racing: Forza. Pretty much any of them. Play Horizon if you want street style racing, or Forza 3 or 4 for a more simulation/on track experience.

2D: Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. If you've never played it, play it.

 

Always been a fan of the Halo series for both single and multiplayer FPS action. Although COD titles were good on-line fun until all the hackers ruined it.

Really enjoyed Red Dead Redemption and still go for a wander over the prairies for a nice relaxing ride every now and again.

The Forza series when it comes to racing.

But recently have got seriously hooked on the Mass Effect trilogy, completed 1, well on my way to completing 2 and have 3 waiting in the wings ready to go.
