Curent xbox one update lag

After curent xbox one update games start to lag at random times. Never once before had any of my games ( the division, bo3, rainbow 6) laged. But now all my games lag as everyone els in the game is fine but when I restart my xbox the lag goes away for a
little bit. Has this happened to anyone?

Minecraft for xbox one

Minecraft is none transferable as X1 is not backwards compactible. The new minecraft will be a sequel to the curent one and thus will cost money just like any sequel

"A system update is required to sign in to Xbox LIVE, but the update is currently unavailable."

is the message my 360 is giving me when i try to connect to xbl. I alredy tried numerous ways to fix the problem, I deleted the curent update and reinstalled it via usb and I wetn trough every step in the network support guide thingy from the oficiall xbox
site and I still cant connect to xbox live and get the same message:

"A system update is required to sign in to Xbox LIVE, but the update is currently unavailable."

Sorry to hear about the slow network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

Download Speed

Upload Speed

Latency

Packet Loss %

Wireless Strength (if applicable)

Modem Manufacturer

Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!
