    CUPHEAD - Play Anywhere installs on XBOX ONE - Not on Windows 10 PC


    I purchased Cuphead with play anywhere.

    I can install on my XBOX ONE. In the Microsoft store on my pc, I can click the install button, I get to choose the drive to install, then nothing happens. The hard drives have plenty of storage available

    'The app can't be opened'

    I preordered Cuphead so I was able to install it on my Xbox One as well as Windows 10. Today, I tried to play Cuphead on my PC but I keep getting this error. 'The app can't be opened. Please visit the Windows Store for more info about Cuphead.' My Operating
    System is fully updated as well as my Nvidia drivers. Is there anything I can do? ReCore works fine but none of my other Play anywhere titles do.

    Games on Xbox 360 are currently not accessible on a Windows 10 platform due to its system requirements.

    Instead, we have Xbox Play Anywhere - a digital entitlement that lets you play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC at no additional cost. To take advantage of Xbox Play Anywhere, you will need to install the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition update on your PC,
    as well as the latest update on your Xbox One console. Then, simply log into your Xbox Live/Microsoft account and your Xbox Play Anywhere games will be available to download. On your Xbox One, games will show as “Ready to Install” under “My Games and Apps”.
    On your Windows 10 PC, games will appear in “My Library.”

    Go to the Windows 10 Apps Store and make sure your logged on with the account that purchased the DIGITAL version of the game.

    Search for CUPHEAD and make sure the platform is set to ALL.

    You should be able to find the game and when you select it, you will see install to pc or install to xbox as options.

    Go to the Windows 10 Apps Store and make sure your logged on with the account that purchased the DIGITAL version of the game.

    Search for CUPHEAD and make sure the platform is set to ALL.

    You should be able to find the game and when you select it, you will see install to pc or install to xbox as options.
