Cuphead doesnt work

Discus and support Cuphead doesnt work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so i can get through the story book and the tutorial apart from the revive thing, but as soon as i get to the map i cant enter any levels or the shop...     Cuphead doesnt work


    so i can get through the story book and the tutorial apart from the revive thing, but as soon as i get to the map i cant enter any levels or the shop or talk to the apple head guy on the bridge or bring up the equip screen. Really annoyed as i really want
    to play the game.

    Xbox One Controller doesn't work with most PC applications

    Update: Pirated Cuphead. Controller doesn't work with that either.

    'The app can't be opened'

    I preordered Cuphead so I was able to install it on my Xbox One as well as Windows 10. Today, I tried to play Cuphead on my PC but I keep getting this error. 'The app can't be opened. Please visit the Windows Store for more info about Cuphead.' My Operating
    System is fully updated as well as my Nvidia drivers. Is there anything I can do? ReCore works fine but none of my other Play anywhere titles do.

    Hey there GrinnyDorr.

    Can you clarify what happens when you try to enter a shop or level? Is there an error message or does something else happen? If you haven't already tried, try uninstalling the game and reinstall to see how that goes for you.
