Cuphead... Did I Dream This?

So I'm thinking maybe it was an E3 that announced a game called Cuphead.

I seem to recall everyone talking about how awesome it was.

Maybe I dreamed this?

Or have I missed it? (if it exist)

'The app can't be opened'

I preordered Cuphead so I was able to install it on my Xbox One as well as Windows 10. Today, I tried to play Cuphead on my PC but I keep getting this error. 'The app can't be opened. Please visit the Windows Store for more info about Cuphead.' My Operating
System is fully updated as well as my Nvidia drivers. Is there anything I can do? ReCore works fine but none of my other Play anywhere titles do.

 

Favorite Indie Title

I love Cuphead and cant wait for Bendy and the Ink machine.

 

Rumor has it that people that played it (levels that were completed) all said it was incredibly boring so it had to go through quite a bit of gameplay changes. MS needs this game to be good.

I've kind of lost interest. Same with Below. I've lost interest in that game too.

 

So after I saw this thread and I've read a few different links and people say the game is pretty good now and that it is super hard. It is supposed to come out mid 2017.

 

Hmmm... maybe it will be at this years E3 again.

 

Or sooner! I'm one of those old school types who still buy *print* magazines each month @_@ Yes, they are still printing on papyrus leaves and despite what you may think, a surprising number of magazines still get a bunch of offline exclusives (including
industry stalwart, Edge UK, with its global access to high profile developers and studios, not to mention sharing a highly knowledgable pool of writers with sister publications like GamesMaster, Official PlayStation and Official Xbox).

So yeah, the takeout from this is that the current edition of OXM (Issue 145 in Australia & NZ) features a 20-page spread on this year's crop of "exclusives" heading to Xbox, and Cuphead is right up there on the list! They're saying it's been delayed till
"winter" in this country, but is still on track for a 2017 release. In this neck of the woods, winter is fast approaching - maybe a few short months away. Either that, or I have *no clue* about seasons lol.

Other named exclusives were Sea of Thieves (yawn), Crackdown 3 (no doubt a Scorpio launch title), State of Decay 2, Tacoma, Path of Exile, Ashen, Below, Cities: Skylines, Phantom Dust HD, Ghost of a Tale, The Culling, and Raging Justice. Nothing really groundbreaking
on that list, but there must be *something* unannounced for E3! Can't hardly wait!

 

BluSwirl, I agree that Crackdown 3 will be a launch title for the Scorpio. Even though I'm not interested in that game, a good showing of it can help sell some consoles. Ghost of a Tale looks good. There's like 1 person working on it lol. Here's some gameplay
