Cuphead and Arcade Stick

Does cuphead support arcade sticks on the Xbox One? Thanks.

Can't Use Arcade Stick Hori RapV Kai with Cuphead

I thought it would be great to use my arcade stick with Cuphead for both comfort and nostalgia, but the game doesn't recognize my stick. Is this only affecting the HRAPV Kai or other arcade sticks? The stick board is the stock Hori, the only thing I've done
to it is swap the actual joystick for a Sanwa and the buttons are Seimitsu.

I'm playing Cuphead on my PC, making use of Xbox's Play Anywhere feature, and I cannot use my Madcatz SFIV fight stick with the game. Cuphead would be ideal for the stick, but the game doesn't support fight sticks. From what I gather, there is a work around
for the Steam version, but really the Xbox PA versions should at least have the ability to map controllers.

Thanks for taking the time to bring this inquiry to us! Although the Xbox does support the arcade joystick we cannot say for certain that the game will. The best bet would be to get in contact with the developers (StudioMDHR)

Longer Answer: Yes, but yours may not be compatible with game as I read some issues online about it not working properly for some.

If you are planning to use an Xbox 360 arcade stick, consider looking into a Brook converter, which enables you to use some 360 peripherals on Xbox One. The X1 Killer Instinct stick should work, as it is technically a controller. I assume that any buttons
can be re-mapped in the game's settings.
