CUL not the correct

Can someone fix my CUL i was 8 BEFORE the forums update (not the recent update that added X1 features).

I do not work for nor am I affiliated with Microsoft. I am just a regular gamer like you trying to help out. Microsoft employees have an
S and an X in their CUL. Regular gamers who frequent the forums have a number in their CUL.

Why Has My Forum "Level" got put back to 1?

Hey there Bobaaganoosh and Major!

To further explain: Community User Level (CUL) was being calculated incorrectly. It wasn't that it was "jumping" levels, etc. It was simply that the number of posts wasn't reflecting the correct level.

I just checked both of your accounts. Bobaaganoosh: You are at the correct level - 1. Major: You are at the correct level - 4.

 

You can try send a pm to either Mister Fizzle or Miss Ermine. They could possibly help you out with that specific problem as they are official support.

 

Thanks Maximum , i 'll try that. I sent pms to a few mods but still nothing solved.

 

Just to let you know Miss Ermine is no longer working for MS. She has moved on to other pastures.
