Cuffie usb Xbox one

Hi there,

as far as I know only the usb headsets that have been certified for Xbox will work on the Xbox One console, so if that headset isn't specified as compatible with Xbox One then I'm afraid it won't work

Problem is that it’s hard to find an headset made for xbox with usb connection enabled. Because on all headset with 3.5mmm jack it’s written “made for xbox..”

Sometimes this kind issue could be a symptom of a hardware problem with the console or controller. If the aforementioned steps don't solve the issue, try a soft reset of the console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Short answer yes, when you select Reset console it will give you an option to keep games and apps. The only other piece of advice I would add is to hard wire the control and headset to make absolutely sure their respective drivers are updated along with
the console updates. Give it a shot and keep us posted!

I do it with the Lan connection but nothing, I have to do another one time with the headphone cabled?
