buenas tardes espero me puedan ayudar ami hijo le quito otra persona su cuenta , lo cual no la ha podido recuperar este niño lo ha estado chantajeando con dinero para regresar le la misma, lo cual estoy muy molesta por que no me es posible comunicarme
con el, y este se niega a hablar con el , ya la situación se esta poniendo un tanto difícil por que le manda mensajes , con otra persona y le dice cosas muy feas y el día miércoles se logro comunicar con el y dijo que alguien le había ofrecido
mas dinero por la cuenta que pensaría lo que va haser con la cuenta de mi hijo. tengo los datos de los correos de este niño 0 y el correo original de la cuenta de mi hijo la cual este niño cambio.

los correos de este niño son: [Mod Removed- Personal Information] el nombre de sus cuentas son asasin master 1 y asasin master 0 el nombre de la cuenta de mi hijo es D3sTro0Kk y el correo es

espero puedan poner un alto y asi poder recuperar la cuenta de mi hijo ,tengo el conosimiento que este niño a esto se dedica robar cuentas para luego venderlas , y no es justo . por su atención gracias . quedo a su disposición por este medio .

Tenia una cuenta de hotmail y de un día a otro me la bloquearon por "acceso no autorizado" ... según esto alguien intento entrar a mi cuenta ... llene varias veces mi formulario y nada al final de cuentas me recomendaron abrir una nueva cuenta ... mi cuenta
anterior se cierra por que tenia xbox gold con obvio la facturación y no se si se cancelo la cuenta de mi xbox también

Sorry to hear that this person has compromised your son's account.

In this instance the best thing I would say to do is try the steps on our support site specifically for when someone hacks into your account at

"I think my account has been hacked" to hopefully recover your account.

After you recover and secure your son's account I would report the person who's doing that on the console by following the steps here on

Submit a report on Xbox One so that he could be dealt with appropriately.

Give those steps a try and let us know how that helped with resolution of your issue.
