Hola, compré una tarjeta de regalo xbox de 200 en un oxxo y se me cobro, al querer canjear me dice que no esta activado el código, no cuento con el ticket pero la compra ya ha Sido realizada.

Incluso fui al oxxo y ya aparecia pagada la tarjeta, debo esperar las 24 horas o como solicitar ub código válido espero y me den una respuesta, gracias.

ya fui, no quisieron hacer reimpresión de ticket, que segun ya no pueden y mi compra no aparecia en su sisntema, el chiste es que no quisieron darme mi ticket, reembolso ni cambio y tampoco nunca me checo si estaba activa, no se que hacer o como presentar
alguna queja y aparte un pesimo trato e incluso hubo subidas de tono por uno de su personal. que xbox lo tenia que tratar y que no era error de ellos segun.
