ya llevo 2 días intentando jugar y no sincronizar mis datos por lo que no puedo jugar en línea además de no puedo hacer comprar por un "problema del lado de xbox" no puedo agregar cuentas a mi consola, mi internet esta bien y estoy seguro que
es un problema con mi cuenta. A alguien le ah pasado?

I know that dealing with these types of issues can be frustrating and we're here to help! Is this something you've been experiencing in the past or did this just start happening? I recommend you try a Soft Factory Reset which is where you restore the console
to factory defaults but you "Keep My Games & Apps"
How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. You can also try powering off your router/modems and unplugging it for at least 5 minutes to reset your network also. Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes!

Note: You will need your Microsoft Account Email & Passwords to recover your accounts after any kind of resets.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
