Hola buenas tardes a todos

Actualmente le estoy ayudando a mi amigo para poder acceder a su cuenta
[mod removed-personal information] al acceder y escribir la contraseña arroja un mensaje que la cuenta esta bloqueada por intentos fallidos, la unica opcion que manifiesta es restablecer contraseña luego de seguir los pasos se asigna una nueva contraseña
y sigue apareciendo el mismo mensaje cuenta bloqueada por varios intentos fallidos, y sigue dando la misma opcion de restablecer contraseña, ya lei varios foros de la comunidad microsoft y no sirve nada

Necesitamos ayuda eficaz gracias

forgot password solution.

La cuenta lleva mas de una semana con el mismo mensaje, y la contraseña ya fue cambiada, en el mensaje principal lo menciono.
