Crystal Defenders Won't Open

I downloaded the Crystal Defenders game from the Xbox One Marketplace and it will not open.

It states, "This game might not be playable yet. If you're sure it's been released, restart your Xbox and launch it again. Otherwise, wait for the release date. (0x87e10007)"

I checked the release date of the game, and shows that I'm good. Since this was just added to the Marketplace for Backwards Compatible, you would think it would work. I uninstalled the game, shut down the system, and then reinstalled the game. I am still
getting the same message. I've tried opening the game from "My games & apps", I've tried launching it from the Notifications tab, and I've tried opening the game from the Marketplace. Nothing is working. I'm guessing this is a flawed installation. None of
the other games that I've downloaded from this section of the Marketplace are giving me problems.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions as to how I could play this game without a physical copy of the Xbox 360 game disc (which I don't have)?

Xbox Server Connectivity - Connected but changes to Blocked after a few minutes in party chat.

My NAT type is open so I don't think the issue lies there. Thanks for the response Crystal

Is this game currently in your 'Ready to install' list, or are you only able download the game through the Xbox Store? Also, could you clarify when this game was purchased? You can check your purchases over at our

My NAT type is open so I don't think the issue lies there. Thanks for the response Crystal

Ya faulty Disc Drives it did have it. Mine does it as well. Refusing to open at times and it's a crystal edition.

A Blue Illusion
