Crunchyroll

Everytime I try and open Crunchyroll it crashes! I've reinstalled the app and turned my console off several times, and nothing fixes it. It starts to load my queue and the home screen, then crashes immediately. I have a premium account incase that helps.
Anyone have any suggestions? Have you also had the same problem? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like your friend has his Netflix settings on the best available. Check the link below to adjust the settings to allow a lower bandwidth for those with a download cap on their account.

As for video settings on Crunchyroll, you'll need to contact them to find out if it is possible to adjust the settings for a download cap.

My friend I work with has been using Netflix on his xbox one, Since Xbox one only allows the best of formats to be played on it.. He's hitting the cap of 300 gig download per month in a few days, His wife watches it at home all day and he will generally
watch it when he gets off work. According to him he's using around 2.5 gig or more an hour watching netflix.

So my question is with Crunchyroll is it the same? Should I even bother watching it on xbox one or should I just keep using my phone.

Honestly I've been getting pretty close to my download limit just buying games digitally and updating them and im a little worried with it.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Since you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, let's try this.

• Uninstall the app
  
• Power Cycle your Xbox One console
  
• Reinstall the app and try again

If that doesn't work, the next step would be to try to factory restore your console by choosing the option that allows you to keep your games and apps.

Uninstalling powering and reinstalling unfortunately did not fix the problem. However, factory resetting it did work. So thank you, so much.
