    Crunchyroll doesn't install properly and when it does it consistently crashes. It has been that way for a year now. Can't keep a service that won't work especially if I am a subscriber.

    Everytime I try and open Crunchyroll it crashes! I've reinstalled the app and turned my console off several times, and nothing fixes it. It starts to load my queue and the home screen, then crashes immediately. I have a premium account incase that helps.
    Anyone have any suggestions? Have you also had the same problem? Thanks in advance.

    Do a Power Cicle on your Xbox and see If It works

    If It doesn't work I suggest You to unistall the app and Install It again

    did both hard reset. and unstalled still crashing

    Soft reset: keep games and apps     and see if that fixes it.

    This will help to re-synch the systems information. Make sure to take note of your email and password information so as to not lose the account(s).
