CRTV wont work on Microsoft edge

I see a couple threads about this but neither of them have been answered and they just loop back to one another so my question is how do I get Edge to play CRTV. It seems since the new update it wont it gives no errors just loads up and then just spins
forever I see other people have this problem need any help possible.

you have to use the internet such as safari microsoft edge but witcher 2 will no longer be available after today it wont work if you try to do it on the xbox one

 

Why can't I watch crtv on xbox one?

There is two threads for this, neither which have any answers they just loop one back to another. Haven't been able to watch crtv on xbox one for some time now, every other video service seems to work fine except crtv, why is that?

Thanks for reaching out. We understand this can be frustrating since it will not properly load and just spins. You stated there was no error code either.

Have you tried CRTV on another web browser to see if it works there? Is there any other problems in general when using Microsoft Edge?

I suggest you to run the app
troubleshooter:

1. Press
   Windows
   Key+X.
2. Click
   Control Panel.
3. Select
   Troubleshooting.
4. On the left pane, click on
   View All.
5. Click on
   Windows Store app
   to run the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

Also, please try: to perform a
clean boot,
this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10.

Well I can not use another browser cause I forgot to include I am using my xbox one so the only browser available is Microsoft edge.

We suggest, if it hasn't already been done, to reset the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console (perhaps a bad update) so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Is Microsoft Edge having trouble with loading the page or loading the videos within the page?

Is it only this website or is it also others?

Are there other tabs that could possibly be closed?

I can load up the page that has all the videos however when I try to play the videos it just loads forever. Also their are no other tabs open just the CRTV one and I also just did a test and youtube works fine on the app and on Microsoft edge. Also dose
not matter what video I choose on the website none work so far.

Sorry you're having problems with getting that one site to load it's videos through edge.

Though the Xbox was imbedded with an internet explorer, it's not configured for playing certain streaming website video formats. This is especially true when it's like, some sort of free movie/tv streaming website.

It might be that the videos available on CRTV need to be run on a separate app.

After all the troubleshooting steps that you have already completed on your own, I think that maybe referring to
CRTV themselves
my be your next best option.
