Crossplay (Xbox 360 & Mobile)

I'm trying to crossplay with my cousin who plays on mobile and I play on Xbox 360. Whenever she tries to send me a friend request/invite it doesn't come in. How can we play Minecraft together?

How can you play on xbox one with someone that is playing on PC? Help!

She tries to send me friend requests from the Xbox app on her phone and I don't receive them. And when I send some to her, they don't come in. She tried logging into my Xbox account and accepting it that way, on her screen, it says that I'm her friend
but she doesn't show up on the friends list on my screen.

nope, the game is crossplay with consoles and pc but not mobile.
