    Crossplay but one microsoft account


    Hello Microsoft, I have a question. I already have game Grounded on Steam and then i also subscribe xbox game pass, that include Grounded there. My xbox account's name is . So if i play Grounded on steam, i always have to log in to Xbox account, in this case . Therefore, is my Grounded game on xbox game pass still can be played if i already use to my steam Grounded game? I want to family sharing Grounded xbox game pass to my friend and play together. What should i do? Thank you Crossplay but one microsoft account :)

    Crossplay is the way to go. If this game was realesed in a non-lockdown month and without crossplay, none would be playing it. Literally no one.

    Crossplay is a must, also because you can deactivate it from the menu (under account, enable crossplay:no)

    MS Partnering with steam a good thing or not, if even possible....

    Heu,i scratch my head....

    Microsoft is trying to compete with Steam by giving away some Xbox one exclusive to PC gamer (Quantum Break won't be sold on Steam,until they look at sale figures)....But rumor says that Microsoft might partnership with Steam for crossplay.

    illogical.

    Crossplay can be done without Steam.

    Steam is an online retailer platform,not a crossplay servers provider.

    Hi, my name is Fernando and I am an independent consultant for Microsoft products.

    Are your crossplay communication settings enabled?

    - In game. Go to the account tab.

    - Under the online section, set crossplay to Enabled.

    If you can see an option named crossplay Communication, make sure it’s set to Enabled. (If your friend isn’t gaming on PC, make sure he or she has enabled this feature as well.)
