Crossout Micro transaction System, and Player Driven Market Need Regulation from Microsoft.

    Greetings Microsoft

The game Crossout on Xbox has a player driven market that deals with it’s in game currency. The problem is that paying players that put money into this game are being cheated out of their money’s worth in content. The developers have refused, or neglected
to establish or maintain reasonable prices for in game items based on how much money they are asking for with their in game currency. This has allowed exploitive, and greedy players to continually cheat paying players out of their money and has made them
fraudulently accumulate tens of thousands of real life dollars worth of in game currency. This system makes it so that paying players only receive a fraction of their money’s worth in content.

Every in game item has been overvalued by about 1000% compared to the prices on Crossout’s PC installment. To put This in perspective if Xbox Crossout were a supermarket a loaf of bread instead of being sold for about five dollars, would Be sold for
fifty to a hundred dollars! This is a problem for a free to play game. Free to play games should encourage micro transactions with reasonable prices, not discourage them with ridiculous prices.

I think it’s time for Microsoft to step in and pressure Gaijin entertainment into both regulating, and restricting the maximum amount the Xbox Crossout player driven market’s items can be sold for. I also think Gaijin should compensate it’s Xbox customers
with their remaining money’s worth in content, or in game currency.

Personally I have spent over a thousand dollars on this game, and have only received barely 20% of my money’s worth of content based on PC prices. Meanwhile other players of my experience level have instead spent much less, and have abusively exploited
the unregulated market making themselves infinitely rich to the point they never have to spend money on the game ever again. I have brought this matter up with Gaijin customer support, and they have dismissed my complaint, and told me to bring it up on their
forums. The problem with this is that if I bring this matter up on the Crossout Xbox forums the sizeable group of people who abuse, exploit, and manipulate the Xbox Crossout player driven market will all suppress me so that the problem will never be fixed
    against their will.

This scam that Gaijin has neglected to put a stop to has gone on long enough, and I hope Microsoft will heed this message and force Gaijin to fix, and regulate Xbox Crossout’s player driven market, so that we all can spend money on this free to play game,
and get our money’s worth without being ripped off.

    Sincerely,

    :)

Anyone worried about Titanfall 3 now that EA owns the IP?

The micro transactions system in SWBF2 was decided by the studio (DICE) and not the publisher (EA).

However EA is the owner of DICE but in the end DICE took the decision.

Given the negative feedback from all users I think that we can be fairly certain that other big games won't use micro transactions in this way unless they want pissed off users and a shit load of negative reviews.

If they were smart they would have a micro-transaction system they could just plug into it, in place ready if they need to drum up more business.

I hate Rise Of The Tomb Raider!

    ........

    Hello "RedEye Expr3ss" :)

    .......

Sparrow Racing is Bungie's / Activision's second activity to promote micro-transactions.

Their 1rst micro-transaction is tied in with the character Emotes.

Their 3rd micro-transaction centered market is in the fact that players can now pay $33 ($30.00 + 10% tax) to boost a new character to level 25 (this time its supposed to include the character abilities as well) and a bunch of weapon XP boosting consumables
(so that the weapons abilities will unlock faster). I think that this also includes level 25 weapons & gear too.

    ...........

Have a nice day or afternoon or night "RedEye Expr3ss" :)

Cheating and boosting already -.- smh

The ranking system and prestige creates cheating. It needs to go and just be like the good ol days where the only thing different were player skins and guns. No ranks or stupid micro transactions and awards, your skill was your bragging right, not some stupid
    logo.

These are micro transactions in the game FIFA 2012, they are ways in the game for players to get different soccer players in the game.

    Xbox 'Microtransactions' One

As mentioned before, it's the game developers that implement the micro trans. Not the console manufacturer. So you will see this in both Xbox and PS systems. Stop blaming the ones who are not at fault.

I have no problems with micro transactions as long as it's done right, meaning it doesn't hinder og ruin your game experience if you don't buy the extras.

And lastly, the reason micro transactions is getting more and more common is simple, it makes alot of money. And game developing is a business. A business of making money.

Just look at app markets, the most money is not made by selling the game, but micro trans and ads.

    It's lucrative, plain and simple.

But the moment the developers hinder or ruin a game by having you spend money on it, THEN we need to take a big stand. But having new skins, new clothing etc..basically unimportant things in a game, as micro trans, i don't see as a problem. It's your money
    and your choice then.
