Crossout failure to connect to server

It's not a problem with the console or the Live servers but with the game servers.

What you can try to solve the problem is to forward the ports that the game needs or put your console's IP in the DMZ zone of your router/modem. If the problem still persists, unfortunately, it is necessary to talk to the developers again.

It's a brand new system I mean brand new and I already contacted developer about this issue about a year-and-a-half ago nothing was done about it they pretty much said there's nothing they can do

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.
