Crossout: Banned from in game market for recieving refund

Yes it is feeling a bit dictatorish over in Xbox land via gaijin. No questions asked no prior warnings. Like hey be careful you can never come back warnings as you are requesting said refunds.. ugh I wish I could sue them! Gaijin company is some cheaters if you ask me!! Not good business practice. I would have gladly reversed the refund on the spot if given the option I truly didn’t know and WHOS gonna read the ten thousand page license user agreements! Ugh no one does

If younrecieved the refund after accessing things the payment allowed, you may have violated their terms of service. Please review them to make sure you’re in the clear

I have not noticed many problems with the Steam version but evidently the Xbox universe is being treated like peasants (regardless)

Totally agree. I refuse to pay ransom, though. This is totally unacceptable service. Gaijin needs to develop a system to facilite refunds when they are granted. Im not in any way at fault, and Im still waiting to hear what Microsoft plans to do. This behavior is unethical, and Ill be contacting the FCC if need be. Gaijin needs to be held accountable, and while I dont blame Microsoft I do expect an investigation and action.

then its microsoft fault for not informing them of the refund, microsoft should refund then inform the game owner of aid refund so the allotted items are removed from the account. in this case it clearly looks like microsoft did not inform them.
