Cross play needs improvement

I love the cross play feature. I bought Sea of Thieves digitally for example and I love how it works. However, I don't like to buy my games digitally. Why did I do it for Sea of Thieves? Because it's a serviced game, and when that service is finally put
to rest so will that game for everyone. However, games like Gears, Recore, etc I own physically. Since I own them physically, why don't they come with a digital code for PC or maybe offer me a discounted price of that game on PC so I can own that game on both?

Sure, I understand the implications of this, but even if I had to have the Xbox game disc in my PC's disc drive to access the game on computer for free, why can't I if the backwards compatibility works much in the same way as a verification process? While
we're at it by extension why can't I play my Xbox game and Xbox 360 games on my PC as well. AND while we're at it when I search what games I can buy from the Microsoft Store on Windows WHY AM I WADING THROUGH ALL THE INDIE AND MOBILE BS.

Matchmaking needs Improvements.

I agree with your point about teamwork options. I wish developers would start adding options for it. I get tired of being pitted against people who are all in a party working as a team, while i'm paired with random people that go off and just hide somewhere
while i'm the only one trying to fight for weapon control on the map and end up getting jumped by the other team.
