    Cross Play From PC to PS4


    When i try to add a friend that is on PS4 i get directed to the Xbox Console Companion and i cant do anything from there. Also, i used this link https://aka.ms/remoteconnect and it says to input the code on my device and i am yet to find a code for it.
    I just wanna play minecraft with my friends and this is really petty that its not working for me.

    I’m all for cross play as long as there is a option to opt out of playing with players on other platforms because of the whole mouse vs controller or PC hackers/cheaters.

    Really interested to see how cross play works on Modern Warfare; some rumours are saying it will only be PC - Xbox and PS4 - PC, so no cross play between Xbox and PS4. Another rumour (don’t think it’s been confirmed) is that PC Players can only play with
    console users if they use a controller.

    Square Enix has declared that they would like to bring FFXIV on XBOX ONE and SWITCH with cross-platform play with PC and PS4. That will probably be the main issue considering how SONY is not willing to enable the cross-play on PS4 (see Fortnite as an example).
