    Cross platform play not working


    I have minecraft and I bought my daughter minecraft for the switch, we are all signed in and connected and updated and we can see each other and send invites to our worlds but when we try get an error message saying that the server is outdated? What can
    I do?

    Im sorry for the inconvenience, you try four things, 1. Make sure you have a good WIFI connection. 2. Make sure everything is updated. 3. Completely restart both consoles. 4. Make sure you are not using the beta version of minecraft, both players have to
    be running the newest stable version.

    Cross platform play isn't exactly unfair. There are assists on console/controller that the keyboard and mouse players don't receive (like aim assist) which helps make it easier to aim and shoot.
