Cross-platform not working on fortnite why?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that for in-game issues it is handled by the game support but I’ll help you still.

Let’s check the settings on your Xbox profile and then check again inside of your game.

You can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

This is a cross platform issue, it works for fortnite and Minecraft because you could be playing against PC players, it doesn't work for other games that are not cross platform though. Imagine if you could use a keyboard and mouse in BO4 for instance,
it wouldn't be fair!

It's still working, just the developers are fixing things.
