Cross-network play.

Hi , my question is,, On xbox, does blocking crossplay under settings , communication and multi-player , prevent matching against windows 10 PCs ?

Every source I have asked says yes.

However on xbox settings the wording is ambiguous. It says that it blocks players on other SERVICES outside of xbox.

Since Windows users also play on live I am still unsure.

If it does then I wish it were worded as other platforms instead of services.

Long story short will it block me from playing against windows PC users ?

Hello Wes, for my experience and what I see with the platform and games this goes from game to game and with the developer, some games have this option to choose or turn off crossplay with other platforms, but most of them are automatic, natively enabled in the game by developers.

Indeed, for a few days, this instability is happening on the privacy settings evolving consoles and PC's. We do think is just a momentary instability, a few users have reported this today and also yesterday. :/

Is not an issue with your account, PC or console. :/

Unfortunately, trying to change it on the webpage also is not taking effect for now. :/

i would first get your friend to check her privacy settings, and if you are trying to play via cross play you will need to make sure it is enabled in your console settings.
