    Communication between xbox one and xbox 360

    The only cross platform communication will be via text messages, no voice communication....good luck getting an employee response here.

    Then they should create a patch in order that we are still able to communicate. What would be even better would be cross the lines communication. Meaning be able to play worth and talk with other platforms; for instance Playstation to Xbox. That would open
    up a whole new world of gaming options and would create a greater online multi-player experience.

    Cross platform to the 360 would be a nightmare, JTAG'd consoles would destroy the community in short order, Cross platform to the PS4 with dedicated servers would be much better. (And dead easy to do)

    I personally love the idea of cross play. Why separate a great community however console and PC cross play I don't agree with. PC has a huge advantage with frame rates mouse and keyboard etc.

    The systems behind voice chat were completely redone for the Xbox One, and unfortunately that means that the two aren't compatible.
