There are two sides to action about this: carrot and stick. The stick side has huge amounts of work constantly going on but primarily enforcement action is actually taken by game-specific teams because the telltale signs of such cheating are far easier to
detect in the data behind the scenes. With that there's also a large element that simply locking a certain device will cause a new one to be developed etc.

I actually think the carrot approach is how you beat this long term: Sea of Thieves is an excellent example here. By letting players play using the control settings they prefer you avoid the temptation (and marketability) of such devices. By then having
matchmaking preferences to have input-specific lobbies you ensure a fun experience for everyone.

Keep reporting because Enforcement will catch up to people, but also be sure, if a game's support team have their own report a player feature, to use that too

But that's the point. Why is it unblockable? Every USB-Device has a chip and there must be ways to recognize these "tools" for sure.

Ok, we assume that the tools can't be blocked because they simulate/imitate a controller so good that they can't recognize it. Why don't block the game and console devs the selling of the tools. Nearly every Internet shop is selling this trash or why no
action for an injunction to the company of cronus and Xim?

I think Microsoft/Sony and all big publishers like EA, Ubisoft, Activision and so on have to come together and are in responsibility to protect all console players to take anti cheat/hack measures.

Yes maybe the devs have tools to recognize mnk/cronus and take temporarily enforcement against the cheaters.

- But most of them have a smurf (second) account and playing with it when the other account have the temporarily ban.

- In ego shooters are meanwhile so many players who using it to take advantage because everyone wants a high rank and want to be the best in competitive shooters. They aren't interested on fairplay or good
behaviour. Unfortunetly I get the experience in every second game on higher elo who is someone using that "tools".

- They are destroying the gaming experience and every fun which I had to play this games. Many friends having the same opinion. More and more leaving console to change to PC-version.

Maybe it's a idea to offer different lobbies for controller and mnk and maybe some players would use official mnk support but the black sheeps would still use XIM and Cronus in the "controller/gamepad lobby".

So, I already read other posts and the standard answer to report them is not enough for me.

Because this players won't get banned, because the players having no evidences when reporting them, but there are ways to see it ingame when they're use that cheating hardware.

Player don't have to send in evidence. The enforcement team won't accept evidence from players anyway. They have their own tools to investigate the situation and would be able to tell if they are cheating. So you should still report them.

There is nothing stopping people from using these devices on anything that accepts USB input, platform doesnt matter

Its up to the developers to find and track the latest cheating scripts and incorporate their fingerprints into games. Companies like Ubisoft, Ea, and Activision run their own show, and Live is merely a gateway and framework. If you see something, report
it.
